Smoky, sweet, spicy, and flavorful Ole Man's Spice Rub & Seasoning is great for grilling, baking, pan-searing,and fool-proof cooking.

SPRINKLE DAT on these seafood recipes:
SPRINKLE DAT on Smokin Ribs that fall off the bone!
Get fresh Pork, Beef, or Baby Back ribs. Trim excess fat and excess meat. Wash thoroughly. Coat with Ole Man's Spice Rub & Seasoning.  Leave in refrigerator overnight if possible.

Prepare grill with charcoal large enough for Ribs (Weber or Smoker).  Soak Mesquite, Hickory, or fruit chips. When coals are white, move them to outside of grill in circle leaving middle of grill open for drippings to move through smoker.  Set Ribs in middle of grill in aluminum pan or on a open grill.  Cover Grill.  Cook for 2-3 hours until tender and bones extrude from meat.  Remove ribs and let cool. Baste with Barbecue sauce (you won’t need it)….

Fish
Clean fish fillet or whole fish. Brush with Olive Oil or melted butter. Coat with Ole Man's Spice Rub & Seasoning. Sprinkle with chopped garlic, fresh herbs or Italian Seasoning.  Put on grill or under broiler. Cook till tender (Don’t overcook).

Shrimp
Clean shrimp. Brush with olive oil or melted butter. Coat with Ole Man's Spice Rub & Seasoning.  Sprinkle with chopped garlic, fresh herbs or Italian Seasoning. Put on grill or under broiler. Cook till tender (Don’t overcook).

Take one young turkey (12-14 lbs), wash thoroughly, coat with olive oil, and fill cavities with fresh rosemary, thyme, oregano, lemon or limes (quartered), celery pieces, onion (quartered), and garlic pieces. Coat evenly with Ole Man's Spice Rub & Seasoning.  Leave in refrigerator overnight if possible.  

Prepare grill large enough for Turkey (Weber or Smoker).  Soak Mesquite, Hickory or fruit chips. Add charcoals in and add wood. When coals are white, move them to outside of grill in circle leaving middle of grill open for drippings to move through smoker. Set Turkey in middle of grill in aluminum pan or on open grill.  Cover Grill.  Cook for 6-8 hours until inside temperature meets satisfactory limit or until leg pulls off bird.  Remove turkey and let cool.
